Parenting is bloody hard.
You’re yelling more than you’d like (then drowning in guilt afterwards).
You’re exhausted from the same battles every day.
Sometimes it feels like nothing you say is even heard, and you’re stuck wondering if you’re even doing it right.
Sound familiar? You’re not a bad mum. You’re not broken.
You just need a different map.

What Circle of Security Parenting is (and why it matters)
Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is a practical, research based framework that helps you actually understand what your kids’ behaviour is telling you... AND how to respond without spiralling into rage, shame, or defeat.
I’ll be running this in a 4 session format (because I know you’re busy). Over four weeks together, you’ll learn how to:
Make sense of tantrums, meltdowns and “not listening.”
Catch yourself before rage takes over.
Build true respect in your home (not fear or bribery).
Break the old patterns you swore you wouldn’t repeat.
Create connection and authority at the same time.
Session 1 - The Closest Thing To A Manual On Parenting You'll Get- Oct 17th
We kick things off by breaking down the Circle of Security. This is the ultimate cheat sheet for understanding what your kid actually needs when they’re being clingy, bossy, or losing their damn mind in the middle of Coles. You’ll learn how to step into your role as bigger, stronger, wiser, and kind without losing your cool or becoming a pushover. Once you get this, you’ll stop second guessing yourself and start parenting with confidence.
Session 2 - I'm In A Glass Case Of Emotions - Oct 24th
This one’s all about those big, messy, chaotic emotions your kids throw at you (and yep, the ones they trigger in you too). Instead of shutting it down or pretending it doesn’t matter, you’ll learn how to actually be with your child in the middle of the storm, whether that be tantrums, meltdowns, or the constant whinge fest. When your kid feels safe with you in those moments, it sets the foundation for their emotional intelligence, self confidence, and future relationships.
Session 3 - I'm The Problem, It's Me - Oct 31st
Here’s where we get blunt(er): sometimes it’s not about your kid, it’s about you. We’ll dig into your triggers, aka “Shark Music,” aka the stuff that makes you snap before you even realise what’s happening. You’ll learn how to manage your reactions, set boundaries like a boss, and stop swinging between dictator and doormat. Because parenting isn’t just about managing your kid’s behaviour, it’s about managing your own shit first.
Session 4 - When It All Falls Apart - Nov 6th
Let’s be real - you’re going to fuck it up sometimes. We all do. The gold is in what happens next. This session is all about repairing - how to own it, reconnect, and turn those messy moments into opportunities that actually strengthen your relationship. We’ll also celebrate your wins (because you’ll have plenty by now) and map out a no BS plan for taking everything you’ve learned into daily life. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about raising kids who feel safe, seen, and supported AND becoming the kind of parent who’s ready to handle whatever chaos comes next 💅🏻

Nope. COSP is about progress, not perfection. Messing up is part of the process. Perfect Parents aren't gonna feel very comfortable here 🤫
It's mostly aimed at 0–8 years, but the framework works at any age (even teenagers).
This isn’t about “quick fixes.” It’s about long term change in how you relate to your kids. Buuuuuut... most parents see less yelling and more cooperation pretty quickly, wild what can happen when we stop assuming they just want to ruin our lives 💅🏻
