Module 2 - Mastering Emotional Regulation

You try to remain calm, but it’s giving toddlers in tiaras some days. Losing your biccies every single time there is a bit of an inconvience and you just CAN'T stop yelling, or you're a ball of anxiety all the time, this one is for you.

Raise your hand if you’ve ever screamed at your kids, felt like shit about it, and then drowned your guilt in chocolate. Yeah, we’ve all been there. This module is all about learning how to keep your cool when everything around you is going to hell. We’ll dig into the science of emotions so you can finally stop letting them control you. Imagine handling a meltdown without having one yourself—sounds nice, right?

Module 3 - Overcoming Overwhelm

I'm not overwhelmed... I just can't keep on top of my house or my life and I keep forgetting shit and the very thought of how long it's going to take me to smash through my to do list is making me exhausted.

We’ll cover everything from communication to intimacy, so you can start feeling connected and supported again. Relationships take work, but they’re worth every bit of effort. Let’s make sure yours is rock solid.

I am also going to teach you how to speak to your kids to get them to actually listen to you - sans you screaming at them after asking them 15 times to put their fucking shoes on and get in the fucking car.

Hi, I'm Steph.
I know this shit like the back of my hand, because it WAS me. I was the overwhelmed, yelling mum of 3 little babies with PPD who was numbing out with alcohol, screens and other things and trying to ignore that her marriage was on struggle street. It was absolutely cooked. One day, I woke up and decided that this was NOT going to be my story anymore. I went searching for help and answers.
